In the Headquarters as well as in operated facilites our experts act as equal partners for clients and subcontractors. Every employee is responsible for client's satisfaction within the whole life-cycle of a facility.
Naturally, we also apply the principles of proximity and local presence within our teams. Management cooperates closely with the teams in a transparent manner and maintains an open-door policy towards employees at all times. Only in this way can we motivate our employees to do their best for our customers.
