With over 600 employees, our company renders services for over 220 facilities throughout Poland in office, industrial, logistics and retail sectors.  It provides its own technical services and cooperates with trusted partners in integrated projects concerning infrastructural and administrative service. Our teams are supported in their objectives by internal specialistic services of the company: HVAC, gas and mobile. In company's structure there is also a group responsible for carrying out arrangements and rearragements of workplaces (fit out).

We share our knowledge and experience with our partners allover the world. In the strucure of French SPIE Group we belong to SPIE Deutschland und Zentraleuropa.

Consistently we follow the corporate conception of ONE SPIE - developing and perfecting the wide range of technical services in every single subsidiary of the Company. We expand our competences and knowledge through takeovers of companies specialising in the scope of one of our business lines: TechFM, services for industry, energetic efficiency and ICS (telecommunication and information). In 2016, AGIS Fire & Security joined us. The company, originally coming from the Tyco group, is present in Poland and Hungary. Thanks to integration with AGIS, our offer has expended with fire protection and anti-theft systems. We offer our clients full service in the areas of: consulting, design, installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of both simple and fully integrated security systems.

We are a member of Polish Facility Management Council, an association of the most important FM players on the Polish market. The main objectives of PRFM are primarily the consolidation of the sector and the education of the market in the area of professional provision of facility management services.
