What are cookies files?
Cookie files are files (mainly text) in which website stores chosen information on your computer. They are stored in temporary files of your browser. Files may be used for various purposes as:

- tracking users' actions

Why do we use them on our website?
Our website uses cookie files for saving users' language version settings and conducting visits' statistics. We do not use cookie files for commercial purposes, nor tracking users' actions.
Why do we inform about this?
On 21 January 2013 new telecommunical legislation was implemented. It imposes the duty of informing users about employing cookie files and the possibility of changing users' browsers in this purpose.
The administrator of personal data is SPIE Building Solutions Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw, Wołoska Street No. 5, 02-675 Warsaw.

Data may be available to entities providing technical and technological services in connection with conducting the recruitment process, monitoring office space or implementing the concluded cooperation agreement.
Personal data will be processed for a maximum period of the process:
- Recruitment - 6 months from the moment of completing the recruitment process or until you withdraw your consent to data processing.
- Video monitoring - 3 months.
- Execution of a civil law contract - after the expiry of the obligation resulting from the superior provisions or after the expiry of the possibility to submit claims regarding the implementation of the contract.
Your data will not be transferred to third countries.
You have the right to request the administrator to access your personal data, rectify them, delete or limit processing, and to object to the processing.
Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the legality of the processing which was made on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal. The data subject may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
The personal data administrator does not use automated decision making and profiling techniques.
Rules for the implementation of data subjects' rights.
Rights of the Persons whose data concern the ones specified in Chapter III of the GDPR:
providing access to personal data
correcting and supplementing personal data
deletion of personal data ("the right to be forgotten")
limiting the processing of personal data
the right not to be profiled.

The Administrator shall respond to any reported request for the implementation of the Law without undue delay, however not later than within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt of the request.
Replies are provided in the same form in which the request was made, unless the Data Subject requests a response in a different form.
In exceptional circumstances, i.e. due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests in a given period, the Administrator is entitled to extend the deadline for the request for another 2 (two months). In this case, he shall inform the Data Person about it, not later than within one month from the date of receipt of the request, stating the reason for the extension.
